Who do you help?

We provide legal services to women in the Katherine region. As we are a women’s legal service, we are unable to assist males, but we can refer males to appropriate services.

I think I need to speak to a lawyer. Can you help me?

I don’t live in Katherine. Can you help me?

We provide legal services across the entire Katherine region, including remote communities, cattle stations and towns from Borroloola and Numbulwar to the Western Australia border down to Lajamanu. Click here to view the map.

Is there are a fee for your services?

No. KWILS provide free legal services.

I cannot visit you during your office hours. Can you meet me after hours?

Yes, please call us on 1800 620 108 to arrange a suitable time.

Can you help me via phone call?

Yes, we can, however our assistance is limited. Ideally, the best legal services are provided in person.
